Jon Willoughby Nature-Based OT

I supporting children and adults with mental health difficulties, neurodiversity, low confidence and/or social isolation. Sessions use bushcraft, woodwork, horticulture, mindfulness, arts and crafts, wildlife identification, drumming, and outdoor sport to increase wellbeing and develop transferable skills. I also offer OT assessments to evidence EHCP, PIP or other applications.
